Howdy, all! I hope this finds you all well. I went by Mac's (Almost Fancy, Always Good) restaurant yesterday to get an idea of what we'd be walking into and man, oh man...it's beautiful in there. Well, if you like the dark wood tables and rustic brick walls like I do, you'll love this place. While there, I found steak, seafood, chicken, salads, soups and sandwiches on their menu. So, per the request of numerous group members, I made a reservation for 20 of us to have dinner there on Saturday October 3rd at 5 p.m. It's located at 315 E. Mills Street downtown. Blink and you'll probably miss the entrance. I was told by the manager that there is free parking in the City Parking Lot at Kansas and Mills (not a far walk at all) and that all disabled license plates or placards park for free at all the meters. I've set it up so that we can bring a guest, but as always, please remember to update your RSVP if you can't make it.
